Analog and mixed signal (AMS or A/MS) refers to electronics, semiconductor devices and custom ASICs that contain either analog or analog and digital circuits. AMS is often used to refer to design techniques and semiconductor processes that have been optimized for analog and mixed signal applications. Circuit functions such as analog to digital converters, digital to analog converters and power management circuits contain both analog and digital building blocks. These types of blocks are often referred to as AMS circuits.

Triad’s core competence is in the design and manufacture of analog and mixed signal custom ASICs. Triad’s design team consists of analog and mixed signal IC designers, our foundry partners have AMS process expertise and capabilities and our production supply chain is optimized for the high-quality, high-volume and long-term supply of analog and mixed signal ASICs.
