Senior Semiconductor Test Engineer

Reporting to VP of Operations, this individual will be responsible for developing test hardware and software for mixed signal products.

Requirements:

• Design, develop, and debug wafer sort and final test hardware and software for mixed signal devices on commercial ATE's like ASL1000/3000, LTX Fusion, etc. and\or bench test equipment.
• Correlate ATE test results with bench test results
• Review customer specifications and come up with test strategy
• Investigate future test equipment needs and evaluate various bench and ATE test equipment and make recommendations
• Work very closely with customers, design engineering, product engineering, etc. groups. Must be a team player.
• Provide test engineering support to production as and when needed
• 5-10 years of related test development experience preferably with mixed signal testers
• BSEE

• MSEE
• Extensive Mixed Signal test experience
• Device physics
