Lynn Hayden, President and CEO, and Chairman of the Board
Lynn Hayden, president and chief executive officer at Triad Semiconductor since July 2005, leads the company and drives its business growth worldwide. He also serves as chairman of the board. Hayden brings extensive executive experience to Triad Semi, having founded Coiltronics, Inc. in 1979 after his student days at Central Michigan University. He served as the company’s president and CEO for 20 years. Under his direction, Coiltronics grew from a startup to become the largest supplier in its market segment in the United States. Hayden also chairs the board of ViASIC, Inc.
Jim Kemerling, Co-Founder, CTO
Jim Kemerling has 23 years of experience in integrated circuit and system-level design. The last ten years were dedicated to hands-on R&D management. As an employee of MX-COM, Inc. Aritech, Inc., General Electric/Ericsson, Lynch Communication Systems, Inc. and Rockwell International, Jim has acquired extensive knowledge in the development of full custom analog/digital integrated circuits for signal processing and communications applications. He most recently served as Vice President of Product Development for MX-COM, Inc. Prior to joining MX-COM, Jim was a co-founder in Kemerling-Sorrels, Inc. an electronic engineering development and consulting firm. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from South Dakota State University and his Masters in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nevada Reno.
Bharat Desai, VP Operations
Bharat Desai has over 22 years of semiconductor operations management experience in transferring new products from R & D to mass production, managing supply chains, quality, product/test engineering, implementing cost reduction programs, and test operations. Before joining Triad in 2006, he worked at National Semiconductor, LSI Logic, Micro Linear, E G & G, GTE, and start ups. His mass production experience includes testing up to 30,000 wafers and shipping over 25M units per year at Micro Linear. He holds MSEE and MBA degrees from Santa Clara University and a BSEE from India.
Mike LoDebole, VP Sales
Mike LoDebole joined Triad in 2006. Mike has over 20 years Sales and Engineering Management experience. Before Triad, Mike was responsible for Southeast Sales at AMI Semiconductor. Mike was head of East Coast Sales for Flextronics Semiconductor and was part of the transition team during the AMI acquisition. Other experience includes Engineering, Test and Quality Management positions at ITT Defense. Mike holds a BSEE from Manhattan College.
Reid Wender, Director of Application Engineering
Reid Wender is the Director of Application Engineering and joined Triad in 2005. Prior to Triad, Reid was VP of Engineering for the Semiconductor Division at QuVIS. He has 20 years of ASIC design and project management experience at companies including Nextwave Silicon, ASIC International, Philips, and IBM. He holds a BSEE from the University of Tennessee.
