Senior Analog IC Design Engineer (5+ yrs exp)
Successful candidate will be a key contributor to a project team in the Design Engineering Department. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, but working under the guidance of a Staff Engineer (Project Leader), this individual is responsible for the development of analog CMOS VLSI IP.
Tasks/responsibilities Include: high-level design and simulation, transistor/gate level design and simulation, layout, and characterization. In addition, this individual will be responsible for the development and evaluation of critical analog IP blocks.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in IC Design (3+ years with advanced degree, e.g. MSEE)
- Self motivated—requiring moderate supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Preferences:
- MSEE or appropriate advanced degree
- Full-custom mixed-signal IC Layout experience
- Background in Verilog and/or Verilog-A

Senior Digital/Mixed Signal Integrated Circuit Design Engineer
This individual will be responsible for the development of the Company’s Mixed Signal Via-Configurable Arrays from concept to production. In addition, this individual will be responsible for technically contributing and leading a mixed-signal team during the design of application specific circuits using the Company’s Mixed Signal Via-Configurable Arrays.
Tasks/responsibilities Include: high-level design and simulation; transistor/gate level design and simulation; layout and layout supervision, characterization and supervision of production test system development. In addition, this individual will be responsible for the development and evaluation of digital IP blocks.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in Digital and/or Mixed signal IC Design
- BSEE from accredited engineering program
- Self motivated
- Desire to work for young growing company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong background in Verilog HDL for digital ASIC development
- Experience with full-custom IC layout
- Experience in IC layout verification (LVS and DRC)
Preferences:
- MSEE from accredited engineering program
- Familiarity with Cadence EDA Tools
- Experience with a variety of Place-and-Route Tools
- Mixed Signal IC Design and Layout experience
- ADC/DAC design
- Experience in development of Microcontrollers/Microprocessors
- I/O design for ESD protection

Mixed-Signal Staff Engineer
Successful candidate will be a technical leader for the Design Engineering Department. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, this individual will be responsible for the development of mixed signal CMOS VLSI devices from concept to production—often filling the role of Project Leader.
Tasks/responsibilities Include: high-level design and simulation, Verilog/VHDL coding, transistor/gate level design and simulation, layout and layout supervision, characterization, and supervision of a project team. In addition, this individual will be responsible for the development and evaluation of critical analog and/or digital IP blocks.
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in IC Design (8+ years with advanced degree, e.g. MSEE)
- Self motivated—requiring minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Theoretical and practical understanding of analog and/or digital circuit design and signal processing
- Background in Verilog and/or VHDL
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Preferences:
- Automated place and route tool experience
- Static timing analysis experience
- MSEE or appropriate advanced degree
- Background in Verilog-A
- Full-custom mixed-signal IC Layout experience
