Lynn Hayden - President and CEO
Lynn Hayden, President and Chief Executive Officer at Triad Semiconductor since July 2005, leads the company and drives its business growth worldwide. He also serves as Chairman of the Board. Lynn brings extensive executive experience to Triad Semiconductor, having founded Coiltronics, Inc. in 1979 after his student days at Central Michigan University. Lynn served as the company’s President and CEO for 20 years. Under his direction, Coiltronics grew from a startup to become the largest supplier in its market segment in the United States. Lynn is also Chairman of the Board at ViASIC, Inc.
James C. Kemerling - Co-Founder, CTO
Jim Kemerling is a founder and CTO of Triad Semiconductor. He’s responsible for VCA technology development and implementation at Triad. Jim has over 23 years of experience with semiconductors and system-level design. Before starting Triad Semiconductor, Jim gained experience with hands-on R&D management positions at market-leading companies, including MX-COM, General Electric/Ericsson, and Rockwell International. As Vice President of Product Development at MX-COM, he acquired extensive knowledge in the development of full custom analog/digital integrated circuits for signal processing and communications applications. Jim was a co-founder in Kemerling-Sorrels, Inc. an electronic engineering development and consulting firm. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from South Dakota State University and his Masters in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nevada Reno.
J. Mark Goode -CFO
Mark Goode has held board positions in 7 companies and non-profit organization. He has been the Director of the Oak Ridge Design Center for Flextronics as well as the Director of the FORGE Team, a high end customer solutions oriented ASIC task force. Mark co-founded ASIC International, Inc. (AI) in 1993 and served as VP of Engineering. Over a seven year period, AI became a leader in ASIC design services with over 50 engineers by the time it was sold to Flextronics in May of 2001. He holds a Bachelor in Music from University of Miami, a Masters in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a Masters in Business Administration from Wharton at University of Pennsylvania.
Mike LoDebole - VP Sales
Mike has over 20 years Sales and Engineering Management experience in the military and consumer markets. Prior to joining Triad, Mike was responsible for sales in the Southeast region at AMI Semiconductor. Mike was head of East Coast Sales for Flextronics Semiconductor and was part of the transition team during the AMI acquisition. Other experience includes Engineering, Test and Quality Management positions at ITT Defense. Mike holds a BSEE from Manhattan College.
Reid Wender - Director, Application Engineering
Reid Wender has been the Director of Application Engineering for Triad Semiconductor since 2005. Prior to joining Triad, Reid was VP of Engineering for the Semiconductor Division at QuVIS, a leading digital cinema company. He has 20 years of ASIC design and project management experience at companies including Nextwave Silicon, ASIC International, Philips, and IBM. He holds a BSEE from the University of Tennessee.
