Lynn Hayden - Chairman, President and CEO
Lynn Hayden, President and Chief Executive Officer at Triad Semiconductor since July 2005, leads the company and drives its business growth worldwide. He also serves as Chairman of the Board. Lynn brings extensive executive experience to Triad Semiconductor, having founded Coiltronics, Inc. in 1979 after his student days at Central Michigan University. Lynn served as the company’s President and CEO for 20 years. Under his direction, Coiltronics grew from a startup to become the largest supplier in its market segment in the United States. Lynn is also Chairman of the Board at ViASIC, Inc.
James C. Kemerling - Co-Founder, CTO
Jim Kemerling is a founder and CTO of Triad Semiconductor. He’s responsible for VCA technology development and implementation at Triad. Jim has over 23 years of experience with semiconductors and system-level design. Before starting Triad Semiconductor, Jim gained experience with hands-on R&D management positions at market-leading companies, including MX-COM, General Electric/Ericsson, and Rockwell International. As Vice President of Product Development at MX-COM, he acquired extensive knowledge in the development of full custom analog/digital integrated circuits for signal processing and communications applications. Jim was a co-founder in Kemerling-Sorrels, Inc. an electronic engineering development and consulting firm. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from South Dakota State University and his Masters in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nevada Reno.
William J. Pratt - Co-Founder, RF Micro Devices
Bill Pratt is the chief technical officer and co-founder of RF Micro Devices. His career started as radar equipment design engineer for RCA Corporation. In 1971, he accepted a senior engineering position at Computer Labs, Inc., which was later acquired by Analog Devices, Inc. After 15 years as technical manager within ADI, he left the company in 1991 to start RF Micro Devices. As the founder, Bill set the overall business concept/strategy and managed product development engineering. He designed many of RFMD’s initial products and holds patents on the company’s most important HBT products. As CTO, he continues to oversee the technical aspects of the company’s business. Bill is a member of the board of directors and served as Chairman of the Board until August 2002. He received his BSEE from Villanova University.
John T. Williammee -Founder, Components Distributors, Inc.
John Williammee has been an entrepreneurial CEO throughout his career. He founded Beacon Electronics Associates, a leader in the electronic sales industry, where he served as President and Chairman. Building on the success of Beacon, he moved on to start Component Distributors Inc., where he currently serves as Chairman. John’s experience with high-tech startups ranges from operating executive to advisor and investor. John is a Board Member of a number of leading technology companies, including W-5 Corporation, ViASIC, RFMW, and Octera Solutions. Mr. Williammee earned a BSEE from Penn State University and an MBA from Drexel Institute of Technology.
Dan L. Cheadle, Sr. - CTO, Teledyne Cougar, Inc.
Dan Cheadle, Sr. founded Cougar Components Corporation in 1987, and held the position of President, CEO and Chairman of the Board. Cougar was purchased by Teledyne in 2005. Dan continues to design and develop high frequency amplifier assemblies for military and high-end commercial applications in his role as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at Teledyne Cougar. Dan also serves on the Board of Director’s at 1 Velocity Inc., a Metro Ethernet company. He has a BSEE and MSEE from San Jose State University. He has published several papers related to the RF and Microwave products including work on frequency mixing devices.
Paul E. White - Cofounder and CTO, Integrated Defense Systems, Inc.
Paul White is Cofounder and Chief Technology Officer at Integrated Defense Systems, Inc., a provider of high power integrated products for Department of Defense applications. Paul is a serial entrepreneur with years of experience in high-tech startups. He was Founder and CEO of Chesapeake Microwave Technologies, Inc., which was acquired by Andrew Corporation in 1999. Paul has over 35 years of design and management experience at Fortune 500 companies and universities. He holds a BSEE from Lehigh University.
