This Via-IP™ (VIP) configurable block is a Via-Only™ soft-IP circuit that can be created on a range of Triad Semiconductor via configurable arrays (VCAs) by a single mask layer Via-Only change.
The VIP-REG1850 buck converter uses PFM/PWM control architecture to provide improved efficiency across operating load current range. The 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range makes the VIP-REG1850 ideally suited for single Li-Ion battery-powered applications.
